Just end the week end and you feel already depressed for the upcoming week ..

Don't worry you're not the only one who just snoozed 5 times the alarm and wonder if you really need an education.




How to feel motivated for a new week ?


No rush


Your alarm is the starting point of your day ⏰ !

There is nothing more annoying than a stressful noise, so instead of picking up the less annoying sound of alarm you'll find in your phone, choose the music that makes you uncontrollable. As the one you hear it in the car, at the supermarket or in a nightclub.



Be efficient

"Every journey starts with a first step"


Prepare a list of all the things that you always postpone until the next day.

From the grocery shopping to your hair dresser appointment, do the laundry or visit the museum you wanted to go a month ago but still didn't go, schedule it this week.

The longer you postpone the deadline, the longer you will be delate in life.


It is important to stop postpone stuff until the next day because you won't feel overwhelmed by everything last minute.


Breakfast time


It's Monday, Friday is still so far and you didn't even start your day. Yet, you're already thinking about the moment you'll finally be under your sheet and go back to sleep.

STOP ⛔️

Monday morning is hard enough. You shouldn't start without a real good breakfast. Take the time to eat the most important meal of your day, in order to fill up on energy and vitamins.

Be productive

Instead of complaining about how much you hate Mondays, try to list at least 3 reasons why this week is going to be flawless before opening your eyes. Avoid negative thoughts that may put you in a bad mood while you're not even out of bed yet.
